Canadian Trophy Whitetail Hunts in Manitoba

The North Interlake Region of Manitoba continues to be a great spot for Canadian trophy whitetail hunts. This area consistently produces  high ratios of Pope & Young (P&Y) and Boone & Crockett (B&C) typical and non-typical whitetails.

Ron Chekosky and his guides, all lifetime Canadian residents and full time operators, have  great  insight on whitetail populations and their movements.

Our pre-rut and rut whitetail hunts allow archery, black powder, and rifle hunters a high chance of success. Utilizing enclosed portable tree stands, positioned near scrapes and heavy travel routes, the shooting opportunities are normally at close ranges. And ground blinds  are always available. Rattling and calling are very productive methods given our high buck-to-doe ratio. After a short lesson from our staff, many hunters enjoy their first opportunity to rattle in their first buck.  Huge Canadian whitetails coming to a rattling sequence creates lifetime memories.  And these  are the 'norm' with us at Big Antler Outfitters.

The areas we hunt are located on the fringes of agriculture.  We have access to the big bush, accessing remote areas never hunted before. With a complete line of modern gear providing access to these never pressured pockets of deer, we have produced trophy Canadian whitetails for more than the past decade.

Body size combined with horn mass make for a trophy quality which convinces even the most seasoned trophy whitetail hunter to return year after year.

As accomplished bowhunters, our staff has the knowledge to hang stands in prime locations offering our hunters the best opportunity for harvesting P&Y whitetails.

During recent seasons, we've  taken trophy animals during our newly introduced  Black Powder season. Muzzleloader hunting has become extremely popular, especially with the close range shoots we have to offer. The hunter is free to choose his accommodations for all our Canadian trophy whitetail hunts. Our main lodge, modern cabins and remote tent camps all have proven very successful throughout the years.
