Canadian Whitetail Hunts in Manitoba

The North Interlake Region of Manitoba continues to be a great spot for Canadian  whitetail hunts. This area consistently produces  high ratios of Pope & Young (P&Y) and Boone & Crockett (B&C) typical and non-typical Canadian whitetail bruisers.

Ron Chekosky and his guides, all Canadian residents and full time operators, have  great  deal of insight on whitetail populations, their habits and movements.

Our pre-rut and rut Canadian whitetail hunts allow archery, muzzle loader, and rifle hunters a high likely hood of success. We utilize enclosed portable tree stands, and position them near scrapes and heavy travel routes.  The shooting opportunities are normally at close ranges. And we have ground blinds  available as well.  Calling and rattling are very productive methods given our high buck-to-doe ratio. Following a short lesson from our experienced staff, our hunters can enjoy their first opportunity to rattle in their first buck.  A huge Canadian whitetail coming to a rattling sequence creates a lifetime of memories.  And these  are the 'norm' with us at Big Antler Outfitters.

Out hunting areas are located on the fringes of agriculture.  And we have access to the big timber, accessing remote areas never hunted before. With a complete line of modern gear to provide access to these never pressured pockets of deer, we produce trophy Canadian whitetails year after year.

Body size combined with massive antlers make for trophy quality which convinces even the most seasoned trophy whitetail hunter to return year after year.

As accomplished bowhunters, our staff members have the knowledge to hang stands in prime locations which offers our hunters the best opportunity for harvesting P&Y whitetails.

During the past few seasons, we've  been able to take trophy animals during our newly introduced  muzzle loader season. Muzzleloader hunting has become very popular, especially with the close range shooting we have to offer. Our hunters are free to choose their accommodations for all our Canadian trophy whitetail hunts. Our main lodge, modern cabins and remote tent camps have all proven very successful throughout the years. A quick phone call to some of our references may make your decision easier.
